It’s going to be a long long day. We have to fly to JFK to catch our Iberia flight. Yesterday I was getting bombed by AA airlines to check in on line. However every time I tried it would reject advising I had to check in at the airport. I called AA and was told nothing they could do and I should get to the airport at least 3 hours in case there was a problem. So we got to the airport at 1000 for a 1345 flight. End result no issue other than all the anxiety leading up to getting checked in. 😤
Next stop JFK
No problems at JFK. Had a long wait so we went to a bar and had a glass of wine. The plane loaded on time. We got to Madrid at 0515 - 1 hour early. Our friends picked us us later.
